What does "Delete All Synced Data and Cache" do?

Use it when you want to remove SyncFlow-written Health data and restart syncing from a clean sync state.

It does not remove data written by other apps, Apple Watch, iPhone, or manual entries.

Sync History has no SyncFlow cloud restore or cross-device continuity. This control does not disconnect Fitbit or delete your Firebase or RevenueCat identity.

The local reset includes sync continuity, cached results, schedules, locks, rate-limit timing, and migration state.
