Apple Health keeps updating in the background while you are not using the app. A notification tells you when it is done.

Every sync is logged with its result and item count, so you can always check that your data arrived.
Check recent sync results right from the widget.

Just tap the button. Syncing continues when you switch to another app, and you can follow its progress on the Lock Screen.

SyncFlow reads only the categories you turn on. It never changes your data in Fitbit or Google Health.
Your data is used only to sync the categories you choose to Apple Health on your iPhone.
Health data is not stored on SyncFlow's server, and it is not sold or used for advertising.
You can disconnect in SyncFlow at any time. You can also remove SyncFlow's access in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
The use of information received from Google Health API and/or Developer Tools will adhere to the Google Health API Developer and User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SyncFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
